Blue Cross of India:

"The Blue Cross of India introduced the world's first program for the catch, neuter, vaccinate and return of street dogs which has been responsible for making Chennai the first rabies-free city in India and we would like to extend this program to the whole country. The elimination of human rabies is 100% preventable and that is what we aim to achieve by 2020."

The 21-day vegan kickstart program is by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. The program, in their words:
