  1. Hi request to know about Large Tamarind seed having a hard dark brown shell and a whitish core. This Im told is supposed to be crusheed and applied as a paste for bone problems is that true?

    1. Hm, I've not read any scientific literature supporting this claim, but if you read this study I've linked below, it shows that a group that ingested tamarind had less calcium excretion in the urine (ie, bone health) than the group that did not.
