Vegan appetizers recipes are perfect when trying to figure out what to bring to a gathering (if only so you have
something to eat at the party). I love India for having vegetables and spices I've never heard of. Fortunately, this creates a number of opportunities to make amazing vegan appetizers and snacks. Most of these dishes rely on few ingredients and seldom need starches, rice, or grains. I don't include these often, if ever, as part of my vegan diet.

Required Ingredients: Brinjal, garlic, tahini/sesame paste or olive oil, salt, lemons, turmeric powder and pomegranate seeds (optional). That's it! Easy.
